Ingredients

3 c. cooked sliced beets
1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. mild vinegar or 6 Tbsp. vinegar and 4 Tbsp. cream
Preparation

Warm beets and drain.
Cook and stir last 4 ingredients.
When clear, add beets and stir to coat beets.
Allow to set 10 minutes before serving.
Reheat if necessary.
