Capellini Toscano - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 (16 oz.) bag frozen, chopped leaf spinach, thawed
    1/2 lb. diced honey-baked ham
    3 c. marinara sauce
    1/2 c. light cream
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
    1 lb. cooked capellini
    salt and pepper, if desired
Preparation
    Melt butter with olive oil in frying pan.
    Saute spinach for 10 minutes.
    Add diced ham, saute 10 minutes.
    Add marinara sauce; simmer 10 minutes.
    Stir in grated cheese and cream.
    Heat through, but do not boil.
    Serve over cooked and well drained capellini.
