Chicken Quesadillas With Barbecue Chipotle Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. boneless, skinless chicken
    1 1/2 c. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
    2 scallions, chopped
    2 Tbsp. cilantro, chopped
    1 1/2 c. Chipotle Barbecue Sauce (see sauces section)
    4 flour tortillas
Preparation
    Chop cooked chicken.
    Add scallions, cilantro and 1/2 of the barbecue sauce.
    Spread on 1/2 of flour tortillas.
    Cover with Jack cheese.
    Put other flour tortillas on top.
    Brown in a large dry saute pan on medium heat (approximately 3 to 5 minutes each). Cut quesadillas into 6 sections.
    Serve and enjoy.
