Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. ground bell pepper (red or green)
1/2 c. ground hot pepper
6 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. vinegar
1 bottle Certo
6 to 9 drops food coloring (red or green)
Preparation

Boil peppers, sugar and vinegar 3 minutes.
Add Certo and food coloring.
Boil 1 minute.
Pour into jars and seal.
