No-Peek Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew beef, cut in 1-inch pieces
    1 (1 3/8-oz.) envelope dry onion soup mix
    1/2 c. beef bouillon
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (4 oz.) can whole mushrooms, drained
    1/4 c. quick-cooking tapioca
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in crockpot; stir together well. Cover and cook, on low, 8-12 hours.
    On high 4-6 hours.
    Serve over noodles or rice.
    Serves 4.
    This recipe can be doubled.
