Caramel Apple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    juice from 8 oz can crushed pineapple
    1 egg, well beaten
    2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    4 yellow Delicious or Granny Smith apples
    8 oz. Cool Whip
    2 c. crushed salted peanuts
Preparation
    Combine flour, sugar and juice from crushed pineapple.
    Add 1 well beaten egg and cider vinegar.
    Cook 2 minutes on High in microwave and stir.
    Repeat 1 or more times until thick like custard. Cool.
    Peel and chunk apples.
    Pour cooled mixture over apples.
    Mix well and add pineapple.
    Fold in container of Cool Whip and salted peanuts.
