Banana Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. freshly grated nutmeg
1/2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
2 large eggs
3/4 c. milk
3 small ripe bananas, mashed but still chunky (about 1 1/4 c.)
1/4 c. butter, melted and cooled
Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Spray muffin pan cups with nonstick cooking spray.
In large bowl, stir flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and nutmeg to mix well.
Stir in nuts; set aside.
