Sandwich Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
    3/4 c. chopped walnuts or pecans, finely chopped
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper, finely chopped
    1/4 c. chopped onions, finely chopped
    3 Tbsp. chopped pimento, finely chopped
    3 hard-boiled eggs, finely chopped
    3/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and use as a filling between lightly buttered slices of thin sliced white loaf bread. Trim crust; cut each sandwich in 4 triangles. Makes 1 3/4 cups filling. Put about 1/4 cup of filling in 1 sandwich if you want it to be thick. Do not substitute and do not leave out any ingredients and even though this sounds strange, it is so good. Do not use a food processor to chop.
