Creamed Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken breasts
    1 onion, chopped
    4 stalks celery, chopped
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    4 or 5 c. broth
    1/2 lb. Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Cook chicken breasts in water until done.
    Cool and debone. Place chicken in an 8 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Cook onion and celery in a small amount of butter until tender.
    Pour over chicken.
    Mix cream of chicken soup with broth; pour over chicken. Top with crackers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, or until top is brown.
