Crepes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. milk
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Whip all ingredients in a mixing bowl with a wire whisk.
    Pour onto greased skillet, making about a 7 or 8-inch diameter crepe. Once lightly browned, flip once.
    Serve with your favorite jelly or jam rolled in the crepe.
    This recipe will make approximately 4 crepes.
