Quick Chicken Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
3 eggs
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. fresh sliced mushrooms
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. light cream
1/4 c. parsley
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
2 c. cooked chicken, cubed
Preparation

In the pie shell, place the chicken.
Saute mushrooms in butter for 3 to 4 minutes.
Pour over chicken.
Sprinkle cheeses over pie.
Beat eggs and cream together.
Add parsley and salt to the cream mixture.
Pour over cheese mixture and bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
Serve with a tossed salad.
