Diabetic Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) can frozen apple juice concentrate
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    pinch of salt
    5 large apples, sliced
    pastry for 2 crust pie
Preparation
    Combine apple juice concentrate and cornstarch; cook until thickened.
    Add butter, salt and cinnamon.
    Add sliced apples; mix well.
    Turn into pastry-lined pie pan.
    Cover with top crust. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
