Ingredients

2 c. self-rising flour
2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 lb. pork sausage
4 Tbsp. oil
Preparation

Crumble sausage and brown.
Place on paper towel to drain. Combine other ingredients and mix well in large bowl.
Add sausage and stir until mixed.
Cook on hot griddle or skillet with enough oil to prevent sticking.
Pancake will be thick, but light.
