Lemon Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    2 sticks butter (not margarine), softened
    1/2 c. oil
    3 c. flour (regular)
    5 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. lemon extract
Preparation
    Beat sugar, oil and butter (with mixer) until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time. Beat until creamy. Alternate flour and milk beginning with flour and ending with flour. Add salt and lemon extract. Bake in tube pan, greased and floured, at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Check after 1 hour. Ovens vary. Cool in pan for 15 minutes. Turn out on cake plate.
