Forgotten Beef Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. boneless chuck roast
    5 to 6 potatoes
    3 to 4 carrots
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
    1 oz. onion soup mix
    1 c. mushroom soup
Preparation
    Put meat in roasting pan.
    Cut potatoes, carrots and mushrooms in chunks and place around meat.
    Spoon cream of mushroom soup on top.
    Seal pan tight with aluminum foil.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 3 1/2 hours.
