Norske Vafler(Waffles) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs (at room temperature)
    1 c. sour cream
    3 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    3 1/2 c. flour, sifted
    2 tsp. baking powder
    3 tsp. vanilla sugar
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together.
    Let batter rest at least 30 minutes.
    Use more or less flour depending on desired thickness. Serve these cold with cranberries stirred in sugar and vanilla sugar and whipped sour cream.
