Italian Cream Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. soda
    1 c. coconut
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 c. Crisco
    5 egg whites
    5 egg yolks
Preparation
    Beat margarine, Crisco and sugar.
    Add egg yolks, two at a time.
    Beat well.
    Add flour and soda alternately with buttermilk. Add coconut, nuts and vanilla.
    Add stiffly beaten egg whites (fold in).
    Pour in 2 well-greased cake pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0.
