Amish Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 c. lard or shortening
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 egg
    1/3 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix till coarse crumbs.
    Very easy to handle. Enough for 2 - 9 inch crusts.
