Chicken-Broccoli Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 5 large chicken breasts, cooked and deboned (reserve chicken broth)
    2 pkg. chopped broccoli, cooked and drained well
    1/2 lb. margarine
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm herbed stuffing mix
    3 cans cream of mushroom soup, diluted with 1 can chicken broth from reserved broth
    1 small can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
Preparation
    Cut chicken into generous chunks.
    Spray Mazola in a large casserole dish.
    Melt margarine and mix stuffing, stirring well. Sprinkle 1/3 of stuffing mixture on bottom of dish.
    Add 1/2 of the chicken and 1 package of broccoli.
    Spread 1/2 of the soup mix over chicken and broccoli, then layer the crumbs.
    Repeat.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until bubbly.
    Makes alot; great for company.
