Chicken And Dressing Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken breasts
    1 c. grated carrot
    few celery tops
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. melted butter
    2 boxes Stove Top chicken dressing
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can mushroom soup
Preparation
    Simmer chicken breasts in water (just to cover) with carrot, celery tops and salt until tender, about 45 minutes.
    Strain broth.
    Save vegetables and 1 cup broth.
    Debone, skin and dice chicken.
    Mix 1/4 cup butter and 1/2 of broth with 1 package of dressing mix.
    Place in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Mix vegetables, chicken, 1/2 cup broth, sour cream and soup.
    Spread over dressing in pan.
    Mix other box of dressing with 1/4 cup butter and 1/2 cup broth.
    Spread over other mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0, uncovered, for 40 minutes.
