Barbecued Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 to 10 pieces chicken, skinned
3 Tbsp. Wesson oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1 c. water
1 c. ketchup
1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste
Texas Pete hot sauce to taste
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation

Brown onions in oil.
Add water, ketchup, Worcestershire, vinegar, lemon juice, salt, pepper and Texas Pete.
Simmer 10 minutes.
Add chicken pieces and cook on low heat until tender. Can be cooked in oven in 9 x 13-inch baking dish for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
