Robert'S Baste And Dab-On Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large bottle Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/2 qt. white vinegar
    3 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. garlic salt
1 large box poultry seasoning mix
    1 tsp. ground black pepper
    2 large bay leaves
    1/2 c. canola oil
    1/2 stick butter
1 string dish mop on wooden handle
Preparation
In a large boiler, bring to boil the first 9 ingredients, stirring enough to prevent boiling over.
Reduce heat and simmer 12-15 minutes with lid on.
    Rinse mop in hot water.
Use mop to dab and baste meat while it cooks on the grill.
Dab and baste every few minutes until meat is done to your liking.
Just before removing from grill, add you favorite barbecue sauce to meat. This is a good baste and dab sauce for chicken halves, pork ribs, Boston butt, country cut backbone or steak.
This is a little salty, but the salt draws the grease out of the meat.
    Also good as a marinade.
Pour any leftover into a jar and refrigerate.
