Orange Pecans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. orange rind
1/4 c. orange juice
1 c. sugar
4 c. pecan halves
Preparation

Bring orange juice, orange rind and sugar to a boil in a heavy saucepan.
Stir in pecans and continue to cook.
Stir until all syrup is absorbed.
Remove from heat.
Spread out on wax paper to cool.
Store in airtight container.
