Nancy'S Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef or ground deer meat
    1 lb. smoked or fresh pork sausage
    1 pkg. hot or mild chillo mix
    10 or so fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/8 to 1/4 c. chopped jalapenos
    1/2 qt. tomato juice (more may be used to desired consistency)
    1 c. uncooked pasta
Preparation
    Brown meats and onion.
    Add chillo mix and all ingredients, except jalapenos.
    Simmer.
    Add jalapenos before serving.
