Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stalk celery
    1 onion (medium)
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 lemon, juiced
    2 lb. beef
    1 large bottle catsup (32 oz.)
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    Brown meat, butter and onion in skillet.
    In 5-quart container, prepare and mix together remaining ingredients.
    Stir in browned meat mixture and simmer for 1 hour.
    (Tastes the best next day.)
