Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 small zucchini
1 lb. sausage, browned
5 c. grated Mozzarella cheese (2 1/2 c. per layer)

Preparation

Thinly slice zucchini and line the bottom of a 1 1/2-quart pan. Add enough grated Mozzarella cheese to cover or to your liking. Sprinkle on 1/2 of the browned sausage and repeat layer once more. Place in oven at 350\u00b0 for approximately 30 minutes.
Makes a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
Yields 6 to 8 servings.
