Spinach Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) Breakstone light choice sour half and half
    1 envelope Good Seasons nonfat Italian salad dressing mix
    1 pkg. Birds Eye chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
    1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
    1/2 small red pepper, chopped
    2 Tbsp. low-fat milk
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and refrigerate.
    Serve with vegetable dippers.
    Makes 4 cups.
