Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 boiled chicken, seasoned with salt, pepper and butter
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes with green chilies
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 tsp. garlic
2 tsp. chili powder
1 chopped onion
1 pkg. corn tortillas
Preparation

Mix together
tomatoes, soups, garlic, chili powder and onion. Add boned
chicken
and
a
little
broth.
Pour
into casserole dish and
stick broken tortillas into mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 about 45 minutes.
Top with cheese slices and put back into oven long enough to melt the cheese.
