Zippy Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

1 lb. ground beef
4 oz. elbow macaroni
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 c. milk
2/3 c. catsup
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp. instant minced onion
1 tsp. salt
1 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Cook and stir meat until brown.
Drain off excess fat.
Cook macaroni as directed; drain.
In ungreased 2-quart casserole, mix all ingredients except chips.
Cover; bake 40 minutes.
Uncover; sprinkle with chips and bake 5 minutes longer.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
