Nancy'S Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 yellow squash, sliced
    3 small zucchini squash, sliced
    1 onion, sliced
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    salt to taste
    1 qt. canned tomatoes
    Parmesan cheese
    1/2 stick margarine
Preparation
    In large skillet, melt margarine.
    Add both kinds of squash and onion.
    Sprinkle with garlic powder and salt to taste.
    Cook until vegetables are crisp-tender.
    Add tomatoes and cook until done.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    This is very good served over rice.
