Ingredients

1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cocoa
3 Tbsp. margarine
1 can evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Melt margarine with cocoa over low heat.
Mix in sugar then milk.
Cook over medium heat, stirring often until begins to thicken.
Add vanilla.
It will thicken more as it cools.
