Mixed Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 large pkg. mixed vegetables
    1 c. celery, diced
    1 c. onion, minced
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 1/2 stacks Ritz crackers, crumbled
Preparation
    Cook vegetables according to package; drain and set aside. Mix celery, onions, cheese and mayonnaise.
    Then add vegetables and mix well.
    Place in buttered casserole dish.
    Top with crumbs and drizzle with butter.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
