Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
2/3 c. pumpkin (canned)
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1 small carton Cool Whip
1 c. 10x sugar
1 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Beat first six ingredients together.
Line jelly roll pan with wax paper.
Spread batter in pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
Sprinkle tea towel with 10x sugar.
Flip cake over on towel.
Roll.
Cool.
Mix last five ingredients together.
Unroll cake; spread with Cool Whip mixture.
Reroll.
Chill.
