Bayou Seafood Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
    1 stick oleo
    1 lb. peeled shrimp
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    2 ribs celery, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can mushrooms
    1 to 2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 to 2 tsp. Tabasco
    1/2 tsp. red pepper
    1 pt. crab meat
    3/4 c. cooked rice
    2 tsp. oleo (on top)
    grated sharp cheese and Italian bread crumbs
Preparation
    Saute all vegetables in 1 stick oleo.
    Add shrimp and saute 5 minutes.
    Melt Philadelphia cream cheese and add soup, mushrooms, salt, Tabasco, red pepper, crab meat and rice.
    Mix well and put in 2-quart casserole.
    Top with cheese and bread crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes or until bubbling.
    Serves 8 to 10. Very good.
