Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
3 c. cubed apples
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts

Preparation

Mix oil and sugar, add eggs one at a time, rotating with dry ingredients and beat until mixture is smooth.
Add apples and nuts.
Batter will be stiff.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
Use tube pan.
