Sweet Hot New Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 lb. new potatoes, quartered
    2 small onions, finely chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 c. milk
    1 c. sour cream
    1 1/2 Tbsp. white vinegar
    1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    In a 2-quart glass casserole, combine potatoes and 1/2 cup water.
    Cover and microwave on High for 8 to 11 minutes, stirring once.
    Let stand 2 minutes.
    In a 4-cup glass measure, combine onions and butter.
    Cook on High 2 to 5 minutes until onion is translucent.
    Stir in sugar, salt and flour.
    Add half the milk.
    Cook on High for 2 minutes.
    Stir.
    Add remaining milk; cook on High for 2 minutes.
    Stir in sour cream, vinegar and Tabasco sauce.
    Cook at 50% power for 2 minutes.
    Drain potatoes and stir in sauce.
    Serves 6.
