Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 (10 oz.) boxes frozen, chopped broccoli
2 (10.5 oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup
1 tsp. salt
1 small pkg. sliced almonds
2 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Cook broccoli according to package directions or I steam broccoli.
Mix cooked broccoli with soup, salt and pepper.
Pour into greased casserole dish.
Sprinkle casserole with cheese and then top with sliced almonds.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 until cheese is melted, approximately 20 minutes.
Serves 10.
