Mom'S Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 c. macaroni (raw)
1 lb. yellow cheese
1 stick (1/2 c.) butter or margarine
1 c. chopped onion
4 to 5 eggs, beaten
salt and pepper to taste
Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Cook macaroni according to package directions (adjust amount according to number of people).
Drain.
Cut cheese into cubes and set aside.
Melt butter or margarine in bottom of pan.
Pour in cooked macaroni.
Add onion, salt, pepper and cheese cubes.
Beat eggs until foamy.
Add to macaroni and mix thoroughly.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or to desired crispness.
