Tabouli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. bulgur wheat
    1 c. boiling water
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 c. green onions
    2 tomatoes, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped black olives
Preparation
    Pour boiling water over bulgur wheat; let set for 1/2 hour. In separate bowl, mix together oil, lemon juice, salt and garlic powder, then stir.
    Add tomatoes and olives to wheat mixture; mix. Next pour in oil mixture and stir well.
    Chill for a few hours, then serve.
