Do Ahead Sausage Fondue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bread, cubed
    2 c. shredded sharp American cheese
    1 1/2 lb. link sausage
    4 eggs
    2 1/4 c. milk
    3/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1 can cream of celery, chicken or mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Place cubed bread in bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Top with cheese.
    Cut sausage into 1-inch chunks, brown, drain, then place on cheese.
    Beat eggs with milk and dry mustard. Pour over sausage, cheese and bread.
    Refrigerate overnight. Next day, dilute soup with 1/2 cup milk and pour over casserole. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours until set.
    Serves 8.
