Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cooking oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    3 c. self-rising flour
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 c. pecans
    3 c. chopped apples, peeled
Preparation
    Cream sugar and oil.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating thoroughly.
    Add flour and vanilla.
    Mix well.
    Add apples and nuts.
    Bake in greased and floured tube pan at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until done.
