4 oz. pkg. instant French vanilla pudding mix
8 oz. or 12 oz. whipped topping
16 oz. can chocolate frosting
1 pkg. graham crackers
3 c. milk
Preparation

Line 9 x 13-inch dish with crackers.
Layer pudding 3 times, 2 times with crackers.
Top with frosting.
