Italian Meringue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup water
    3/4 cup sugar
    3 egg whites
Preparation
    Combine water and sugar in a small saucepan.
    Cook until it reaches 238 on a candy thermometer.
    Beat egg whites to form soft peaks.
    Continue beating and slowly pour syrup into egg whites. Continue beating until stiff peaks form.
    Bake at 425 degrees until brown.
