Applesauce Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. self-rising flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. Crisco oil
1 c. applesauce
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
4 eggs
1 c. pecans

Preparation

Mix dry ingredients; add eggs, oil and applesauce.
Mix.
Add pecans last.
Cook in tube pan for 1 1/2 hours.
Glaze with lemon juice and confectioners sugar.
Is very good without glaze.
