Sugarless Fruit Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chopped dates
1/2 c. chopped prunes
1/2 c. raisins
1 c. water
1/2 c. margarine
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Combine dates, raisins, prunes and water; bring to a boil and boil for 5 minutes.
Stir in margarine and salt; set aside to cool.
Add remaining ingredients to fruit; stir just until all ingredients are moistened.
Bake in miniature muffin tins.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Yield:
32 muffins.
