Lamb Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lamb stew meat
    1 lb. frozen mixed stew vegetables
    2 large potatoes, diced
    1 onion, diced
    1 (14 oz.) can peeled tomatoes
    1 (14 oz.) can tomato sauce
    salt, pepper and garlic to taste
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in crock-pot.
    Add water until ingredients are slightly covered.
    Turn crock-pot to low and cook 8 to 10 hours or cook 4 to 6 hours on high.
