Garbanzo And Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. uncooked shells
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    1/4 c. chopped pimentos
    2 Tbsp. wine vinegar or lemon juice
    1/4 c. chopped olives (your choice black or Spanish olives)
    1 large clove garlic, minced
    1/3 c. olive oil
    1 can chickpeas, drained
Preparation
    Cook shells; drain and rinse in cold water.
    In a large bowl, mix the
    ingredients
    for the dressing and let set for 5 minutes. Mix in the chickpeas and the cooked shells carefully so as not to mash them.\tCover and chill overnight.
