Stuffed Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. jumbo shells for stuffing
    3 large carrots, grated
    1 large carton small curd low-fat cottage cheese
    1 pkg. fresh Parmesan cheese, grated (4 to 6 oz.)
    1 large jar Prego spaghetti sauce (onion and garlic flavor)
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Cook whole box of jumbo shells by letting water boil first, pouring shells in and letting them boil for 10 minutes.
    Mix together the remaining ingredients except the spaghetti sauce. Drain shells well using colander and stuff shells with mixture.
