Favorite Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground round
    1/2 lb. sausage
    2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 Tbsp. italian seasoning
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
    1/2 can water
    3 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1 tsp. onion salt
    9 lasagna noodles
    8 oz. Ricotta cheese
Preparation
    Brown meats in a large skillet; drain well.
    Return to medium heat and add seasonings, blending well into meats.
    Add tomato paste and water, stir until sauce has thoroughly coated meat mixture.
    Add tomato sauce and blend well.
    Cover and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes until thickened.
