Seafoam Candy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sugar
1/2 c. white syrup
2/3 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
2 egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation

Boil water, sugar and syrup until they form a soft ball in cold water.
Pour slowly into the beaten egg whites.
Add nuts and vanilla and turn into pan.
When cool, cut into squares.
Can be dropped by spoonful onto wax paper.
